You need a BPF and tunnel-device using socks client daemon.  It's
a pretty trivial program (which I haven't written because I know
that Internic is still handing out addresses, and transparent
proxies are immoral anyway, since the allow Win95 to work without
Microsoft fixing the !@#$%! thing).
