No.  You must download a -current tree (via SUP, CVSup, CTM, or FTP)
and then download a replacement "sys" collection for the SMP.

Details are available on the -smp list, which you must subscribe
to (not just send messages to the list, send messages to the
majordomo program to subscribe).

This is not release grade code; it is on the order of the Linux
low grain SMP implementation.
