First, the hardware:
  486dx2-66
  32 Megs
  2 Cyclades Cyclom-16's(at IRQ 10 and 11)
  NE2000(At IRQ 3, mem 0x300)

What I have are two problems:

1) The machine panics with comething about tty and sio. I haven't
been able to see it for more than a second, and it's not recorded
    in syslog.

2) The machine reboots with absolutely no messages whatsoever.

I have been using these two machines faithfully for about 1 year now.
One has had panics sporadically(I thought it was something else), but
the other just started doing either 1 or 2 fairly regularly, but with
no pattern. It may panic at 1 in the morning or 5 in the afternoon.
Load doesn't appear to be a factor, as they panic equally often under load
and not under load.

These machines act as terminal servers to 28.8 modems(set at DTE of 57600).

I've tried everything I know of, including replacing memory, power, et al.

Can someone help? I'm at a loss.

please respond to neal@pernet.net, as my UUCP link is flakey at best.
