Aside from it being a subnet, you actually have two different class C 
blocks here.  There's no way without some serious hacking (and then I 
don't know how stable it'd be) that you are going to run two Class C's in 
one ethernet.

Why don't you just use a smaller subnet mask on One class C so you have 
less subnets but more hosts on the network?
