I haven't seen much on this except for that its not possible.

Is it possible to use dial ondemand ppp when addresses at
both ends of the links are unknown and establisted dynamically
by ppp??

Or is there some trick to make this work like
establishing a static default route to a "fake" addr and then
rewrite the routes after link up.
