Hi,

I just got the 2.1.5 cd-rom and was trying to install it. I have a
Creative Labs 6x cd-rom drive set at 170,15 connected to the secondary
IDE as slave. The system was able to detect something during probing...

wdc1 at 0x170 - 0x177 irq 15 on isa

but it didn't display what device it is. And I wasn't able to select
cd-rom as the installation media.

I know there are ppl who can get their creative 4x cd-rom drive to work.
Any clue to my problem?

Harold
