I am going to be performing a standard default installation for FTP
shortly. The default options want over 200 meg of space to set up all
the filesystems.

How long is the actual download going to take at 28800 bps from a
local server ? Does it need to download 200 meg or does it download a
smaller amount and then extract to that size ?

Any info appreciaited......
