Upon starting the (3.1.2) server looks for both Sys V Share memory and
MIT Share Memory. The Sys V Share memory option can be added to the
kernel build configure... how does the MIT share mem option look like
and is configured?

Also, how is the MIT Share Memory extension generated for the X11
server?

I am running the FreeBSD 2.2 snap of 960801.
