Use the vnconfig (vndconfig?) command.  My NetBSD box just hit a power
spike, so I can't verify this, but I think it's:
vnconfig -c /cdrive/swapfile /dev/vnd0a
You'll need to do that every time you boot, so I put the command in my
rc.local, followed by
swapon /dev/vnd0a
And, of course, you also need the "netbsd ... swap on ... and vnd0a"
line in your kernel.  I actually used vnd0b, since b is traditionally
swap, but I suppose it doesn't matter.
