Two possibilities, no guarantees. First, do you have a /dev/cuaa3 file?
If not, create it with MAKEDEV.

If that doesn't work, you might try using the boot: -c option to go back
and call it COM2 again, but put in the actual port and IRQ values it is
really using. Then, access it as cuaa1 and go on from there.

Incidentally, this isn't one of those @#!$*&$#!@& Plug'n'Play ISA cards,
is it? If so, you may need to disable that function to get the thing to
work.
