Agreed.  I've found that they couldn't tell me what hardware would and
would not work with BSD/OS, and that one day Billy would recommend one
thing, only to recommend a different one the next.  I bought a couple of
Barracudas a while back in a 3.5" enclosure, and a 5.25" enclosure was
shipped.  Billy said that they did that for better airflow, but didn't
bother telling me that when I ordered.  Later on he told me to buy
Kingston enclosures instead because the sort like he first sent didn't
have good airflow, so I get the Kingston ones and they're no better.
I'll probably end up gluing fans to them to increase the flow.  He sent
me passive terminators when I specified active, and so forth.  I found
out rather suddenly a couple of months ago that Billy isn't even there
any more, and we had a heck of a time getting them to send us replacements
for a bunch of broken hardware we sent them.

I'm using a BSD/OS console, with its screwball emulation.
