Subject: does the UMC chipset work with 386BSD?

I'm looking at a 486DX-33 (2 VESA LB slots, 6 ISA slots, 256K
cache, 8 MB DRAM) that uses the UMC chipset with an Intel 486.
Has anyone heard of the UMC chipset? And does anyone know if
I'm going to have problems running 386BSD?

BTW, I'm a little ignorant when it comes to [34]86 motherboards.
The UMC chipset that I'm talking about serves the same function
as the OPTi chipset in my 386DX-40.

Quick responses are greatly appreciated (I want to buy the machine
today (11/9) or tomorrow (11/10))
