Plug and Play isn't currently supported under NetBSD.

Plug and Play is now supported under OpenBSD, and I plan to make a new
snapshot available soon... hmm, perhaps later this week. In the
meantime, those already running OpenBSD will be able to recompile
kernels containing pnp, oh, maybe tomorrow or the day after. There's
a few small pieces missing (like standard config file entries for
common devices)

Thanks to Shawn Hsiao <shawn@openbsd.org> for doing the work to make
this happen! (He based his work Sujal M. Patel's work in FreeBSD).
