Please elaborate more.  ``The car doesn't go anymore.'' is not an
informative error description to start a teleanalysis.

What have you tried?  /usr/bin/mail?  /usr/sbin/sendmail directly?
What are the error messages?  What happened with the mails?

Nothing like this did happen.
