config_netstart for TCP/IP and config_ppp fpr PPP (hoever BSDI has
poor PPP support, and the config util does squat to help get it
running)..

Sendmail is allready configured, just edit /etc/sendmail.cf and add
your domain Cw stuff. (If you have no clue what im talking about, buy
a book)

FTP is config_ftp, I suggest you lean permissions off the back of
your head if your gonna have a secure FTP server

 Telnet is automatic..

Since these questions make me think your a newbie, I suggest getting
some book from O'Reily, namely "Using Sendmail", "DNS & Bind" and
"Essential System Administration"..
