One way to solve this problem is to use NIS (Network Information System),
previously referred to as Yellow Pages. This will allow you to have one set of
system files, such as /etc/passwd, on one server, and the other servers use it
as if it were their own. Now, whether or not NIS has been ported to BSDI, I
don't know. If you find out, please let me know. I will have need for this
also in the near future.
