Sorry, nobody wrote a SysV file system implementation yet.  So you
simply can't use SCO file system floppies.

Pick either DOS floppies, or tar floppies.  The latter is even easier
to handle since you don't need to mount them (they are sequential IO,
treated just like tapes).
