I have installed FreeBSD 2.1.0 and XFree86 3.1.2. When I try to execute X (startx) the computer switch to graphics mode, shows the background and mouse cursor and then exits from X windows, generating a xterm.core file in the disk. I have installed several times both (FreeBSD and XFree86) and the problem continues. I can install and run FreeBSD 2.0.5. and XFree86 3.1.1 succesfully, but BSD 2.1.0 does not work with X 3.1.2 Suggestions ? Thanks in advance !!
