   When I run xterm on NetBSD 1.1, I get the following error:

xterm: Error 23, errno 25: Inappropriate ioctl for device

   This happens both with XFree86's xterm and one built straight from
X11R6.1. Error 23 is shown in xterm's error.h to be:

#define	ERROR_TIOCSETP	23	/* spawn: ioctl() failed on TIOCSETP */

   Is there some pty configuration issue I'm missing, or is this
something that has been fixed since 1.1 was released?
