In the distribution, look for /tools/rawrite.exe and /floppies/boot.flp

rawrite is a DOS program which will copy the boot.flp image file onto a
formatted floppy disk, either 1.2 MB or 1.44 MB. (I'm thinking of the
2.1R distribution; it's probably the same for 2.1.5, but I haven't had a
chance to look yet.) 2.1R also has a fixit.flp image which is used for
assorted repair operations. 2.1.5 will either have it or not need it.

I hope this helps!
