You must provide a route from your NT box back to the
FreeBSD box.  I have played with this for some time and
have not been to impressed with the way NT does it's
routing.
For every workstation I have in my bldg. I have to tell the
NT box to provide the route (with a batch file) before I 
connect to the net.  Luckily I only have about 6 pc's here.
