Well not to worry, after a long night I finally got it to work,
turned out that tuning the options of CAP was all there was to
it :)

When it finally worked I decided to make a webpage about my
setup, however it turned out that somebody beat me to it,
some very valuable information on CAP+FreeBSD can be found
on: http://www.imforei.apana.org.au/freebsd/freebsd+cap/

Thanks to Jerry Alexandratos who pointed me to this site..
