I found Linux's vortex driver (3c59x.c) also suffers from the
TxAvailable interrupt missing problem and avoiding this, oh Gautama
Buddha, it busy-waits!

There seems to be some serious hardware problem with the 3C590
adapter, but my 3C590 DOES work properly.

Where can I obtain that nep driver? Who maintains that?
