The original netstart file contains the lines
"ifconfig lo0 inet localhost"
to configure the loopback device and
"route add $hostname localhost"
to modify the route tables.
The problem is my machine seems to stall on these particular lines. When I
change them to IP addresses (127.0.0.1), then everything is okay.
I have set up the DNS, but named is started until later.
"localhost" is also in /etc/hosts
What gives???? Any ideas???
