Hi. I'm trying to install NetBSD on a Sun 3/60. I'm attempting to install
the machine off of QIC-24 tapes built on a Sol2.5 machine using an Archive
Viper (I believe) 150MB SCSI tape drive.

When I tell the machine to boot of of the tape, I get a large number of
select errors, which, as far as I know, means that it was unable to find
the correct device. All I wanted to try to do is make sure the boot tapes
were good. :) (There is no HD connected yet)

Does anyone have any suggestions? The specifics of the box are:

Sun 3/60
8 MB Ram.
Rev 1.5 ROM

The screen looks like:

>b st()
scsi: select failed
scsi: select failed
scsi: select failed
scsi: select failed
stopen: cannot get sense

Device not found
>

Thanks in advanced. :)
