Post on the hacker's mailing list questions related to 
mrouted. mail hackers@freebsd.org. Some of the FreeBSD developers don't
read usenet regularly however they do read the hacker's mailing list.

You may also consider posting on the multimedia mailing because
after you get ip multicast working you will probably be interested
on the mbone apps. "mail multimedia@freebsd.org"

There are quite a number of web sites which carry general information
about the mbone and ip multicast --- so just do a netscape search
on "mbone" or "FreeBSD Mbone"
