Please help....
I'm trying to partition my WD 420Meg HD, and it's
got about 78 Megs free. But I can't use the FIPS
program effectively. Apparently, there is some un-
moveable clusters on my drive, right near the end
of the partition (it only has the MSDOS partition).
Is this from Win95? How can I get some free space?

Thanks,
Ken
