I was able to get AMD direct mouts to work in 2.1 by
applying patches to 2.1's nfs code and rebuilding. The
same maps that worked in 2.1 fail in 2.1.5 ("Stale NFS file
handle").

Does anyone know how to get AMD direct mounts to work in 2.1.5?
