Since it's a Linux executable, it needs the Linux ld.so (whose job it is
to bring in the shared libraries and do the run-time linking). You
need to make a /lib directory and put the linux ld.so and (a.out, not
ELF) shared libraries there. I am not sure where you get them, but I believe
they are somewhere in the ftp.cdrom.com FreeBSD tree.
