I'm not sure if the author has gotten those back to us in time, but the
changes were mostly in the area of simplification anyway (atapi.flp and
boot.flp smashed back together into one boot.flp again, root.flp
eliminated, that sort of thing).

Yes, the CD wasn't even made until 2.1.5 was re-rolled.
