The driver doesn't auto-detect the correct 'transceiver'.  Either you
must force the card to a particular driver with the DOS-supplied
software, or use the 'link' options to select one for you.

You should be able to use one of 'ifconfig zp0 inet 1.2.3.4 -link0
link1' and/or 'ifconfig zp0 inet 1.2.3.4 link0 -link1' to switch between the
difference transceivers.
