: psm0 is for the PS/2 mouse.  If your Microsoft mouse is at sio0, so
: you've already got everything you need.  No reason to tweak the
: kernel.

Thanks J"org, I'll give that a try, however I've been advised by one of the
FreeBSD development team that this problem is fixed with 2.1.5.
