Add /dev/lpt0 as the target in some line in /etc/syslog.conf.  Select
the appropriate facilities and log levels that does allows you to keep
your sanity. ;-)

We've recycled an old dust-collecting dot-matrix printer for just this
purpose as well in our company.  Now you can hear the BAD SU's. :-)
