Once again the world is facing, with timidity, intimidation from the US and some of its more idiotic politicians. The US Media is barely covering the situation, In fact the only coverage I have seen was from ABC'S Night Line, and PBS. The issue this time is Cuba and the rednecked peckerwooded rhetoric is coming mainly from. , A Senator? Jessie Helms. Not only does this cretin wish to maintain a blockade of Cuba but he wants to apply US law outside of the US against allies such as Canada , Britain and others. The average US citizen is not being given the facts by either the media or its politicians, Helms addresses the World and makes such inflamatory statements as the US has saved every other country from tyrany. Who will protect the world from his tyrany? This issue is about trade, US trade. Helms wants to first destroy Castro who was the person who defeated the mighty US at the Bay of Pigs, and when this failed the US entered into many CIA activities including exploding cigars and more, to acheive by stealth what they wouldn't by openess. they don't want the rest of the world to trade with Cuba because they expect after the elections in the US, to normalize relations and then by intimidation to secure all the trade for themselves as has been the standard US trade tactic since Admiral Perry forced the Japanese to trade over a gun barrel. This festering sore and the continuing efforts of the US to bar Japan from trade was one of the major causes of the attck on Perl Harbour. This message, if it was to correct all of the US ills would have to be about 500MB or larger, so I will get to what we can do about it. Please stop reffering to the US as America. It is the US, I am an american as well, so are Mexicans and to be lumped together with the US is an afront to any person's inteligence. Boycott US products. Do not invest in US stocks or bonds as this supports their debtor economy. Work to get your country's politicians to have the US kicked off the Secirity council for NON PAYMENTYMENT OF OVER $1 B US DOLLARS in dues. IF THEY DON'T PAY THEY SHOULDN'T GET TO PLAY. Where have I heard the phrase no taxation without representation, let's reverse,1776. Work to have CNN removed from your cable as they censor the news they put out to the US. If you don't believe me compare US programming with what they send out to the world. Every time you come in contact with US Citizens remember they are not up to speed on this and many more issues so treat them with courtesy but suggest that they go back home. I am not a communist, nor have I ever been to Cuba. and I am not alone in my thoughts. Yesterday a US company, GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc, partially blocked my access to the internet because of the foregoing, This has to be the result of a tenderness on their part or some friendly politician's, perhaps Helms.
