I have a noname Pentium motherboard, made in China, which has the NCR BIOS.
No word about this in the manual. The board is supposedly made by QDI, but
it's completely anonymous, so it's hard to tell.

I'd be happy to assist in maintaining a list of motherboards known to have
this BIOS. As a start, I've set up a Web page for this at:

|   BTW, it probably actually matches the 2940 (no w) since 'w' means wide, 
|   and the SC200 isn't wide...

Unless you have several disks on your SCSI chain, it doesn't matter. With
one 4 GByte Seagate Barracuda, I get *no* measurable difference between a
2940UW and an SC200.
