I'm trying to compile named 4.9.2 (following the
instructions in the README) and the "make all" phase stops with:

/usr/include/unistd.h:53: parse error before `__dead2'
/usr/include/unistd.h:53: warning: data definition has no type or
storage class
*** Error code 1

Is this a known problem? What do I do to fix it?

	Thanks.
