I help run this Macintosh-based bulletin board system running FirstClass.
FirstClass can handle both IP-based and modem connections. My problem is
that my Mac server has run out of expansion slots but I would like to add
more modem connections to the system. Now, I have a FreeBSD-based 486
lying around doing nothing but simple FTP.

I would like to be able to put in something like a 16-port serial card and
have any incoming calls automatically (and forcefully) redirected to that
Mac via IP (the Mac has a IP number and port it listens to). I also
wouldn't want those people connecting to our Mac server to have access to
our internal network and our T1 connection to the internet. Is this
possible? Are there any free programs out there that can behave like one
of those "Annex" terminal server?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Dave
