Frequently during the day I get the following error in my error logs:

  Jul 2 14:48:49 gw pppd[5852]: ioctl(TIOCSCTTY): Operation not permitted

What does this error mean and is there anything I can do about it? We are
running an ISDN 64K line with the serial port baud rate set at 57.6K(?) on
16550A UARTS.

Any advice/help would be appreciated.
