Having worked on systems with both smail and MMDF I have to say that I
have found sendmail much easier to configure than either one. Now when I
set up a SCO system, I immediately dump MMDF and install sendmail.

Of course, I did take the trouble to buy the sendmail book from
http://www.ora.com
