Is it possible to set up user accounts strictly for ftp?  I don't want
any of these users to be able to login (except for ftp).

Also,  anonymous ftp can be setup to disallow access to the actual
file structure can someone point me in the right direction.  AND can
this be done for the accounts from the question above???
