You can define your X11 keymapping in the .pcemurc file, see my
documentation that comes with the FreeBSD package of pcemu.  However,
all this does is to ensure the X11 keystrings can be mapped back
correctly to scan codes -- this is the terms your DOS/BIOS is used to
think in.  You need to setup a DOS keyboard driver for Swedish then,
but i have to admit that i've never succeeded in using a DOS keyboard
remapper under pcemu.  (Yep, i really type using the American layout.)
