I have a client for which I am trying to get an installation of FreeBSD working. I have it installed, but we cannot access the CD-ROM (IDE 6x) and more importantly, cannot connect to their gateway (through an ethernet network). We know the gateway works, because another web server works on it. We need to get FreeBSD and the Apache web server up and running. Do you offer this support via phone? Please let me know ASAP.
