Is there a IRC Server for FreeBSD that integrates with web browsers?

If not, is there a way to use the IRC Server package to integrate
chat functions in a web server on FreeBSD?

Also, where the heck >IS< the IRC Server package for FreeBSD?
(ftp.freebsd.org doesn't have the package, and none of the
other FreeBSD ftp sites have it either, even though
it is listed on the FreeBSD CD-ROM)
