LCP 'disabled'?  I do not see any option for disabling LCP.

If you mean LQR, I have LQR disabled.  What does LQR do and why sould it
be disabled anyway?

I missed that discussion :/ -- Yes, I do have a dynamic IP.  My gateway
and IP address will most likely change with each connection.
