  I have downloaded the source distribution files src01.00 through src01.61
and I'm not sure how to proceed from here. I have the files stored on a
SUNOS 4.1.2 system. The ROADMAP file said they are compressed and cpio'd but
I have yet to get either uncompress or cpio (with the byte-swapped cmdline
options) to work on these files.

		I eventually want to move the normal source distribution
to a 386-40 PC, where I can subsequently attempt to build the thing.

   Is there a document that describes how to uncompress or un-cpio these
   distribution files ?? (src01.00 --> src01.61)

    Thnaks in advance,
