I intended to buy an Adaptec 2940 and a Quantum Atlas 4 GB Harddisk (plus a pentium based motherboard ...). But a dealer recently told me that Adaptec and Quantum together causes problems. Can anyone report his experiences with this combination?? TIA. Reto
