This is either a problem with your memory (or chipset), or you are
suffering from some problems the 2.1R driver had with the AHA2940UW
controller.

Do you have a chance to try one of the newer 2.2 SNAPs?  The ahc
driver there has been updated, so you should be able to isolate the
above problems.
