I have problems with installing and using LWP 5.00 on BSD/OS 2.1 (I
didn't
have those problems on HP/UX 10.10).

I successfuly installed Perl 5.002 on HP/UX 10.10 and on BSD/OS 2.1.
Now, if I
try to install LWP 5.00 after having installed without problems Net::FTP
and
MD5, I got this problem in the 'make test' step :

        ../../perl t/TEST 0

Test returned status 1 (wstat 256)

If I use /usr/bin/perl5 t/TEST 0, all tests are ok. However, perl5 and
../../perl are the same binaries. I must underline the fact that this
problem
occurs on both HP/UX and BSD/OS.

When I tried the commands below, I have problems too :

HEAD news:31BE8DDC.167EB0E7@francenet.fr
501 Not Implemented

lwp-request http://www.francenet.fr
501 - Can't load
'/usr/local/lib/perl5/i386-bsdos/5.00201/auto/Socket/Socket.o'

or format.

 at /usr/local/lib/perl5/Socket.pm line 272
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/LWP/Socket.
pm line 41.

If you have an idea about this problem, I would be very grateful of your
help
since I am working on that about a week and I would really like to make
it
work.

Thanks in advance.	Gildas.
