The server you are trying to access does not run mountd and/or nfsd.
Start
	mountd
and
	nfsd -u -t 4
on the server (you have to be root). If it works, make this permanent,
by setting nfs_server=yes in /etc/sysconfig. Then read the respected
man-pages for nfsd's and mountd's options/parameters.

	Attention, FreeBSD team! How about making the error-messages
more informative?
