/usr/include/sys is a symlink to /usr/src/sys/sys.
lrwxr-xr-x  1 bin  bin  8 10 Jun 05:54 /usr/include/sys -> /sys/sys

So go figure what would be best to do ;-) Look if the line spells
#include <sys/mbuf.h> ;-)
